TOPSS uses donated funds to purchase food from local markets and Shared Harvest Foodbank at reduced cost, provide direct assistance to neighbors facing eviction, and cover the small staff and operating costs required to keep these services running.

Milk is one of the most requested items at TOPSS and one of the most expensive staples we provide. Members of the Fresh Milk Club give monthly so families can count on fresh milk week after week.

You can drop off food, hygiene, or other requested items directly to TOPSS at 5445 College Corner Pike, Oxford in Building #1 which is closest to the street. For larger loads, we recommend pulling up to the side door and parking by the dock. You can bring donations during the following hours:

Monday, 10 am - 6 pm

Tuesday, 10 am - 6 pm

Thursday, 10 am - 6 pm

Saturday, 12 pm - 3 pm
